We start with GET UNSTUCK, where we focus on removing barriers, identifying possibilities and areas of interest, decision-making, and action planning. This is the first phase of your program, where you will reach the goal of getting unstuck through guided coaching and transformative thinking.

STEP INTO YOUR NEXT LEVEL ROLE

In our next phase, STEP INTO YOUR NEXT LEVEL ROLE, we turn your new insights into a concrete path forward. Whether you choose to pivot to a new company, grow within your current organization, or strike out on your own, your decision will be fueled by the clarity you found in GET UNSTUCK.

8 WEEK PROGRAM

Commitment to the program is over the course of 8 weeks. In those 8 weeks we will have weekly guided 1:1 coaching sessions each setup with a specific goal in mind. We will work though reflective workbooks and action planning to take your career goals to the next level.
