I’ve worked at three Fortune 500 companies, partnered with the world’s largest agencies, served as Head of Design at a startup, and made the leap from in-house to the agency side. All things that many told me I would never be able to do!
Along the way, I’ve managed incredible talent and helped them grow their careers.

At The Design Cohort, our Get Unstuck Coaching Program is designed for design professionals at all levels who feel stuck, siloed, or uncertain about their next career step.
