Throughout my time at P&G, Kellogg, Kimberly-Clark, and leading creative teams across the industry, I kept seeing the same problem: we force designers into a business-led world without preparing them.

Design school teaches conceptual thinking, craft, and creative problem-solving — but rarely how to navigate power, politics, executive communication, or business strategy.
